A Renewable Session Model for Ongoing Care
M&S EAP’s Renewable Session Model ensures that support is always available when it’s needed. Each employee and their direct household members have access to up to 12 counseling sessions per year, per individual—completely paid for through their Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits.
This model allows individuals to get care when they need it, with the flexibility to renew sessions. If you’re an employee, this means your spouse, partner or dependents living in your household can also use these services for their own mental health needs.
Multiple Ways to Connect
We know that everyone’s comfort level and availability are different, so M&S EAP offers multiple counseling options to make support as accessible as possible:
- Face-to-Face Counseling: For individuals who prefer in-person connection, we can coordinate local sessions with qualified mental health professionals in your area.
- Virtual Counseling: Telehealth options provide video-based therapy for those who want the comfort of counseling from home.
- Telephonic Counseling: For quick support or those without access to video, telephone counseling is available for flexible, confidential conversations.

A Confidential and No-Cost Resource
All M&S EAP counseling services are confidential and completely covered by your employer’s EAP benefits. There is no out-of-pocket cost to you or your family members for these sessions. This ensures that cost or insurance barriers do not prevent anyone from getting the support they deserve.
