Since Mazzitti & Sullivan EAP Services does several trainings involving the interaction of the different generations at work, this article may be of interest to anyone who works with one of the younger generation called “Millennials” (aka “Generation Y,” “Echo Boomers,” “Generation Next,” or “Net Generation”).
